If you are going to be providing medical acre to children in an undeveloped part of the world, with limited resources, this book is absolutely, positively necessary. It's expensive but worth it.
Best book on tropical medicine I have seen. Easy to read and the photos of the diseases were amazing - you actually got to see what each individual disease looks like.
