This is the Ebook my school provides but oddly enough, we are not permitted to take our Ipad minis to clinicals with us, so this handy little pocket guide works our perfectly. The layout is systematic and in easy to understand format. I recommend it to any nursing student as a valuable reference.
This is an awesome book. The pictures are very realistic and have excellent explanations at what is being shown. Gives an awesome breakdown of assessment and really helped me understand why I was learning what I was learning!
I purchased this as a reference while going to clinical. I felt that it wasn't organized in a way to be a quick reference, you have to dig through paragraphs to find material.
I was looking for a quick reference guide and refresher on assessments. I stumbled upon this book and I love it. The illustrations are great. The book is easy to follow. It gives you objective and subjective assessments which is very nice. I recommend this as something a nurse would keep on the shelf in her office or in her nursing bag to refer to at any time. This is not the most thorough book you can find yet it definitely serves it's purpose for the money.
Great condition and was on time, great book for Nursing school, useful for clinical, lab, and class. Deffinetly a must for student nurses!
This book is really handy when on the go because it's the important parts of the normal sized textbook in a smaller pocket sized format. Made reading on the go much easier.
I had to purchase this for nursing school. I haven't used it too much, but once I started it helped me with my documentation on wounds and abnormal signs!
