Abhor this book!!! So many errors! I had to have it for school. If it is not mandatory that you get this book, I would definitely suggest getting something else. I did not buy it from this seller, so I cannot speak about their business.
The one I received was missing a few pages
Book was required for class, bought used had lots of information, but can be repeative and confusing at times. Has nursing diagnosis!
Too bad the author could not keep to the topic of nursing. This book includes a section on indoctrinating our young nurses to be anti-gun advocates. It recklessly advises the nurses to discourage responsible firearms ownership and would leave entire households defenseless and untrained in their safe use.
