Interesting, helpful, thorough, and relevant.This book goes beyond the bare bones of environmental engineering, and invites the readers to think about current environmental problems and compare the possible solutions. Normally, I dread reading textbooks for classes because they tend to be so dull, but this is actually an enjoyable read.Definitely worth the purchase.
It seems to me this is a very good textbook for an undergraduate course, or introductory course, on the subject of Environmental Engineering. Presenting many issues, rather controversial, but up to date. Th sustainability issue has been acceptably treated.I liked the presentation of different themes, as well as, the application problems and group discussions.Good effort, nicely printed¡
