woooooow......wooooow......wooooooow...... its one of the most amazing books in fashion design .... you will learn alooot about fabrics... thanks alooot deborah.... you made a really cool collection.... its a little pricy but it will help you for the end of your life... you can check the youtube video that deborah made for assembling the book... and you will enjoy it ...
My only complaint is that it varies the swatches of fabric and fabric order in all the books that are sold. It can't be helped, but there is also misplacement amongst the swatch order. Because for me, I got extra fabric, and I had to look up the fabric descriptions to make sure I'm putting the swatches in the right places because the order they have for me occasionally is not in the right order. My classmates' swatches aren't in the right order as well, cause I know it now when I see a clip spot fabric being placed where an extra-yarn weave should be. So by all means this was a great purchase, but please don't just follow the order of the fabric set in what you are given straight on, because it might be wrong. In a way, this helped me learn more but right now I'm very miffed.
I am in absolute awe. This book is phenomenal. A great stepping stone for beginners!
Wonderful! Be sure NOT to purchase a used book, because you need all the fabric swatches and the ability to place them yourself correctly within the book.
