The book is thin and the cover is just thick enough to wear it will be bent too easily. the pages are of high quality and it doe s not give me an icky glossy feeling when i turn the pages. The book explains plenty about career counseling tools and goals and each chapter is rather short and not a dry read at all. There are sever sample dialogues between client and counselor to help readers understand how each counseling theory would be applied. :)
This text is easy to read and straight-forward. I don't rate it as a five star as it does not keep my attention, but then again the topic isn't the career that I plan on entering specifically.
This book was decent for class purposes. I have come across other career counseling books that were so dry. This book was actually bearable to get through and explained the information well.
I reall like this book. it is thin and not boring. i ordered it for a career counseling class we never used it but i still have it becuase the information is great
This in a useful resource for the course I am studying, although I have not been able to connect to the support resource site as yet which is disappointing.
This is an absolutely necessary book for me as a career consultant. Good tips, easy to read. I can use it in my everyday job as a handbook.
