I purchased this book as required for a masters leadership class. While required, this book is informative at a high school level at best. Full of generalizations and not broad spectrum for use in many occupational fields, this book is not for anyone who has any experience or previous knowledge of career development. If not required to have it I would have returned it after the first chapter.
Great book!
Five stars. This book is excellent reading for those not sure of career choices. It is excellent for those who are uncertain, dissatisfied, or wanting to make career changes. This book will give details as to what jobs are best suited for anyone and is backed up by pragmatic data.
Most of this text was interesting on making one think of their career plans and outlooks. I think this text is great for everyone choosing a career path- young or old. There are some tools to use that are beneficial as well.
