The editorial review is right about the content, but I like this book especially for the presentation. The author knows how to create a lovely book -- illustrations, side bars, etc. are used well to enhance and clarify the material. The examples and stories are also excellent and there for a reason. This book works well and is a pleasure to use.
I bought this book for a college course in 2009. Three years later I am repurchasing it as a refresh tool in my current childcare career. GREAT Book to help individuals who use positive guidance!!
