I am concerned about the final exam. Some answers given to the review questions do not match the referenced part in the text, others math is incorrect. The editing is poor, with topic sentences left at the bottom of the preceding paragraph.
As the other reviewer stated there is some serious editing problems with this text. The 1st question in the review test gives erroneous information that the test taker is clearly meant to ignore. To get to the answer the editor suggests in the correct choice you must use this erroneous information. The question tells you how many hours the gold club is open and that 3 people are required on the clock at all times. It them tells you how many weeks the clubs are open a year (erroneous) as the final question is how many staff hours are needed PER WEEK to staff the facilities. Pray tell why you need to multiply by 30 weeks to get to the correct answer. This test is expensive and this is a professional certification, such mistakes are completely unprofessional and unacceptable.There are other grammar issues and other questions where the correct answer is not a choice.
