I purchased this book because it was required for my phlebomoty class but I actually liked it. I expected the usually confusing textbook written in "textbook" language but it was anything but that. It easy to understand, helpful illustrations and a lot of practice quizzes that were very useful.
This book was immaculate and extremely affordable. It shipped very quickly. I would recommend this for any student who does not want to (or can not) pay full price and other big name book stores. I paid the least of anyone in my class for it.
Book had some water damage making the pages stick together and almost every end of chapter quiz had the circles answered. Its difficult to learn like that. Paid for quicker shipping, happy I did. Book content is what matters and this seems to have everything I need.

This is the same textbook I am using in my phlebotomy class. Being that the school book is a loaner I can't mark in it and I really need to make notes in my book. Good price! Shipped fast!
For a "used" text this book was in near pristine condition! There is some underlining, and some of the self-tests are completed, however, for a rental this is a near steal!
It was exactly like the instructor said it would be.everything I need was exactly in this book it gave me the confidence I need to take my test.
