As stated by the previous customer....."The book is new but the access code to the assignment modules didnt work. An additional $89. Not happy" ..........I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY TOO! I called Cengage and they didn't help except to say I should purchase ANOTHER package from them directly. I can't return this item as it wont allow so I am out lots of money. So much for my self study and getting ready to take my certification billing exam with no study aid now that I am out this money. Customer service for both companies is very unacceptable!!! If I could give no stars I would. Do Not purchase this item.
