Matt is one of the very rare people writing about trading who will be straight with you, with no strings attached. He's not trying to make a living by selling expensive classes, services or training - he's just offering solid, real-world guidance. He has a very approachable style and is very generous with details that are often skimmed over or completely overlooked by other authors. It's quite clear that he practices what he preaches, and the soundness of his ideas will demonstrate itself for readers who care to test it in paper-trading simulation.
I'm always impressed with the way Mr. Kratter is able to boil down complex issues into concise and easy to follow directions. In this book he goes from equities to trading options with a person being able to understand it all pretty easily the first time around. I also like the fact that he is more than happy to answer any questions you might have through email.
This is a very useful and informative book on trading stocks and options. The author writes clearly and to the point. The strategy uses Bollinger bands and call options. It is a simple and easy to implement strategy, and step by step instructions are given. I did receive a review copy of this book from the author.
Purchased a book about a year back titled "How to actually Make A living Trading From Home" by Matthew Green. This is the exact same book word for word! Getting my money back. Who's the real Matthew??
The thing(s) that I love about Matthew Kratter's books are simple... He takes 30-40 pages to cover topics that are discussed in books of 200-300 pages - no fluff, just what you need to know... AND if you have any questions, he (and your answer) is just an email away. That being said, I read this book for free via Kindle Unlimited and the quality and style of his writing is the same as in his other books that I've read. Clear and straight to the point. Clearly, this is a man who has experience trading, and a willingness to help people to understand the topics that he covers. Thank you, Mr. Kratter!
I really enjoy Matt's work: he handles questions personally and quickly. This book is a short, fact-filled overview to give you a taste of trading. it is a good place to start the learning process: and there will be a learning process to experience. But you do not have to complicate things. Enjoy your new venture with support.
I have all of Matt's books, and was blessed to get to preview this book before its release. Every one of Matt's books are filled with useful information; not a lot of fluff just down to earth good sense informative - easy reading books for a cautious investors.
