It is a very good book.This is the first time I am reading it but has good information and it is an 'easy rich read'. A lot of references to online sites , some of the links are not working, but you can get it with googling the information. Scenarios incorporated , a lot of suggestions how to deal with a real situation. I can see this book as very good guide in ADN and BSN program teaching new nurses to be effective leaders.
Absolutely the most horrific example of liberal one sided thinking I have EVER had the displeasure of having to read. It is chock full of opinions NOT backed up by facts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people do NOT let this man influence your thinking. Go and ferret out the facts! I will make it my personal mission to have this farce of a text withdrawn from the required text list from my program and anywhere else I can do so. This man HATES the USA and should be escorted OUT and across our boarder. If I could have given it 0 or less-a negative number I would.This is NOT what nursing is about- ethically or otherwise.Disgusting.
The author and his co writer molinatti fill the book with liberal BS and praise the affordable care act waste of money for book had to buy for class this book will teach you nothing
The most pointless book i have ever attempted to read. Hundreds of pages of common knowledge BS. Waste of time and money.
