While this is an essential text for Gyn Oncologists the formatting on the electronic version is atrocious. Tables stretch across pages, captions are on different pages than their figures, flipping pages back and forth creates shifts so images move from page to page. Extremely disappointing.Update: I purchased the hard copy and use the free Inkling electronic version on an iPad. Excellent formatting. Beautiful layout. Worth the extra cost. Kudos to for refunding my Kindle version purchase.
