I read Pamela's first book in 2012 after doing some research on the Bank on Yourself or Infinite Banking concept that was brought to my attention in late 2011. I had met with a financial adviser in 2011 to discuss our finances and retirement. After reading 1st book, my wife and I decided to contact a BOY adviser in our home state to open a policy for each of us. Our adviser was really cordial, professional and helped us start the policy in early 2013. It was easy to understand and the concept make sense to me. I am pretty familiar with money, finances, stocks, futures,etc., so I got the gist of how this works.One year later we received our first Annual Statement and we both are pleased. Our cash values did actually exceed Guarantee and Projected amounts for the end of 1st year. Everything looked good and we are proud to be part of this BOY Revolution! We have a clear picture of what our money will be in the future -- short and long term. As planned we will use our funds (Cash value) for investments, auto purchases and expensive trips! Of course, retirement planning is our main goal and we are well on our way!Earlier this year, we received Pamela's latest book..."The Bank On Yourself Revolution", from our BOY Adviser as a gift. I read the book in less than 2 days and it is even more informative than her first book. It is well written -- explains more of the concept in detail and really shows what the BOY process can do by her cleverly using the Boat, mast, sail and rudder analogy. There are also charts and graphs in the book to further explain how the Bank on Yourself concept when fully utilized can really help financially during your "living" years and help during "retirement".
