This is a great book, and did a wonderful job finding, sending and adjusting the price due to a previous non seller error. The book itself is highlighted throughout, answers are marked with a pen, along with the words "guess" or "don't know" in pen. This is distracting to say the least for a multiple choice Q&A book. This book is obviously highly popular - the price has increased threefold in the month or so Ive been reviewing. I accepted a second hand book, was a little disappointed in the previous owners permanent markings, but I love and its all good!
i feel this book should have more information in it then just the test and descriptions of the answers, but i like it overall
This book purchase thru .com was recommended to me by someone who went thru the program that I am in as a important study tool. It is everything that I was told it would be and more as I study for my exam and I can see it will be used in my career to refer back to as needed. It is a product that I would, and have referred to others.
This book is a great study tool for taking the national test for Phlebotomy. It has references as to why the answer is what it is, not just give you the answer and wonder why your answer was wrong.
I had to get this book for class however I never used it. Honestly a waste of my money. Not saying the book is bad! Just simply saying I bought it and never used it

Great study guide. It gives you the reasons why and not just the answers. The book comes up with real situations.
The wording of the question is what I wanted to study with and the answers gave you the page number.
