A big fat book that is very comprehensive and up-to-date. Expensive like all school textbooks are. Required reading for our nursing school. A bit difficult to carry around in a book bag with all my other nursing books. Perhaps someday all higher education classes will be using digital versions of these books, which will be good for the environment and on students' backs!
This book was a requirement for my junior year nursing school classes. I always struggled with math but found that this book explained the topics very well. Even if you don't need it as a requirement, it is very useful to have.
I bought this book because it was required for the class but it really helps. The instructions are easy, step-by-step, there are multiple examples of each problem and you can check your work against answer keys and rationales. Great book.
I love how easy this book is to use...complete with instructions, examples, and answers to problems. I appreciate the format, pictures, and lay out of this book which makes it a great asset to me in the nursing program.

Best of all, I recieved the book in record time! I love the set-up of this book! It is easy to read and has excellent examples, practice problems, and clarified answers! This is one text that I will keep as a great reference!
Great book, help me to understand the math concepts in a less complex manner. Thank crappy book for that detailed description @ first I was scare of the condition but when I got I was perfectly find and in good reading conditions
If I could give this book less that 1 star I would. It is horrible! There are mistakes everywhere- grammar, spelling, and most importantly mathematical mistakes. If I am paying this much for a text book, it better be correct, and this book is far from it.
Not worth buying if you want to view on tablet. Looks horrible. Looking to get a refund so I can purchase the book.
