It's an excellent guide to massage with emphasis on good body mechanics to help the massage technician last years in the business without injury. I'm still getting started in my classes in this field, but so far, it seems to cover all the material to pass testing for certification.
It's a good textbook about an ancient therapeutic practice called Massage Therapy.It's also a real medical text book constructed, as far as I know, with rigorous academic integrity and old well tested wisdom.
The actual book is decent for review for the mblex exam. I would definitely recommend it for that. My reason for the two stars is the fact that this wasn't accompanied with the DVDs and that is very disappointing. This was the main reason I even wanted to rent this particular book.
