This text provides good examples of statistical problems pertaining to public administration. However, the text does not do a good job in explaining how to use certain statistical tools to solve problems(e.g. chi-square). In addition, some of the statistical tables are confusing for students.
Required for course. Used with SPSS. The explanations are clear and to the point and steps are provided on how to complete test analysis for each chapter. However needed course to support most topics.
Bought for class. Found the textbook to be very unhelpful to understanding the concepts. I wish the sample problem sets came with more detailed explanations, sometimes it is difficult to understand how certain conclusions were reached, even after re-reading the chapter again and again. Free online videos on these topics were far more useful than this textbook.
It is unbelievable. I had the book very nice price and very fast. When I see the price at first I think that it is a fake advertisement, but when I got the book, saw that it is real and it is that cheap as written.You are my favorite seller now. Thank you very much.
This was a good textbook. It was a little too expensive especially considering I used it like once. Nothing is worse than a professor assigning an expensive book you never use.
