I had to study from the original Magee book, and it could be frustrating at times trying to get all the information about the special tests, as it was buried in text.This book lays everything out neatly and succinctly. The purpose is clearly labeled, the actions for the test, positive signs, everything very easy to find. Good for a quick reference guide.It does cut out all of the information about the bones and joints, though, so if you need something in depth, you're better off with the full Magee. But if you would like a quick reference guide, this book is a god-send.
Good visual aid for a learning PT student and a nice resource for special tests. I used this to study for practicals and to review material for exams.
