Second to none, simply the gold standard of chiropractic text books. This text covers topics such as: History, Philosophy, Professional Integration, Public Health, Neurology, Biomechanics, Orthopedics, Manipulative Techniques, Rehabilitation, and more. This should be standard reading for anyone involved in chiropractic and physical medicine.
This is an excellent book. It's a must for anyone beginning chiropractic study to know what chiropractic is all about. This book is a good reference for some portions of Chiropractic Principles for Part 2 of the National Chiropractic Boards.Other books that I recommend for the National Boards include Handbook Clinical Care by Lawrence Wyatt AlsoNational Board of Chiropractic Part II Study Guide:Key Review Questions and AnswersNational Board of Chiropractic for Part III Study Guide: Key Review Questions and Answers with Explanations Both are by Patrick Leonardi
I thought this book was really well put together. Objectives, summaries and questions are listed for every chapter which I thought was a really helpful tool to learn. I would recommend this for chiropractic students.
The book is mandatory for chiropractors. This text contextualizes the entire chiropractic profession. The book was written by the leading authorities on international chiropractic. The text covers the history of the profession, techniques and major advances.
Principles and Practices of Chiropractic aim one unusual and still strange matter of alternative medicines, but it can obviously portrait everything from Philosophy to History and matter of Ethics and World-Based Medicine Insitutes. It perfectly (with lots of details) shows the entire side of a non-well-known Medicine, and becomes a book, in its 3rd Edition, that could be used in Palmer Universities.
This is an excellent text. We teach chiropractic seminars and chiropractic webinars nationwide This text is always on our recommended reading list!Monte Horne, DCCcedseminars
