The title is "15 Celebrities Who Have Killed" but then the author proceeds to describe several celebrities who never killed anyone. One example is Snoop Dogg who may or may not have been an accessory but who didn't kill anyone.In addition the spelling is atrocious, such as using "sites" when he means "cites" and "corner" when he means "coroner."
This quite short collection was okay for the price: free at the time. But the stories were very brief and didn't go into any real detail about the celebrity case. And some were so recent, I could remember the details of the case, anyway.Still, okay and interesting.
This book is very short (I read it in about 20 minutes) but it needs some serious editing. The author is redundant - In the section on Charles S. Dutton, he repeats 3 times that the actor was most famous for his role on "Roc", twice in the same paragraph. The first sentence in the Laura Bush section has her name wrong (maiden name last). Also in this section, one sentence reads "She was the 45th First Lady to occupy the White house between 2001 - 2009. In the Matthew Broderic section, he never gives the first name of the woman "Grey" who accompanied him. All in all, I felt it rad like the author took several news stories and pieced them together. I'm very glad that I got his book for free. Definitely not worth paying for.
While this is a very short book it is very interesting. I did not know several of the facts ,although being"old" I do remember some of the trials. It goes to show you that actors are human too..it could happen to any of us.
I’m passionate about books and I find crime and suspense novels challenging although they’re a bit eerie at times. When I came across this book, I was having second thoughts on purchasing it for this is a bit different, although they’re under the same genre. But because the headline of the book’s intriguing, I decided to go for it. This one’s compelling (you get to know the roots of the evil of these celebrities has done) and gruesome (their killing style’s horrifying). These are based from true life and that’s what makes it more horrifying! Although I don't think the case of Brandy should be included here. I mean it's not premeditated or anything.
I really enjoyed this kindle edition because of its content. There were many celebrities that I wasn't aware had killed anyone, especially the more recent cases but I am glad I am informed now. Mr. Berrington included athletes but didn't mention Rae Carruth who was involved in the murder of his pregnant girlfriend on a dark lonely road by his henchman. Otherwise, it was enthralling to see these cases in black and white. I definitely give it a high recommendation
Obviously no editing or proofreading done on this book. If it had not been a Kindle Unlimited selection, I would have returned it for a refund.
A very intriguing book, I didn't know some of these celebrities had killed anyone!!!!! I found this most interesting. The author has done their homework. A few spelling mistakes but these are overshadowed by the content of the book. It isn't a long book, but it is worth a read
