As a novice, I found the explanations in this guide easy to grasp. The strategy for price action trading using the engulfing bar setup was illustrated clearly along with its main features. I appreciated that the charts provided for better understanding were large and easy to read as well as quite helpful. I found the notes that assist you in determining if it’s a good or bad engulfing bar rather useful for future reference. This eBook includes a toolkit with extra resources.If you are a novice as well, you may want to read about support and resistance along with this title.
All this information covered in the book are available in the internet and covered in more depth than what is covered in this book.

Great concept, but was riddled with disclaimers multiple times in fear of being held accountable for bad traders, which taints the book entirely. The author never gives direction of good point to sell or buy which is what I wanted to see. Additionally the charts presented were tiny, and poor representations of what was being taught. I think maybe better labeling onthe graphs. Left me confused.
Author Raymundo Briones wrote a very informative book outlining Candlestick strategies that involve the Engulfing Bar Setup. Using easy to understand graphs and examples as well as easy to read language, I feel the author went out of his way to ensure the reader understood the basic concepts of this strategy. I would recommend this book to any begginer or intermediate investor.
I've read and learned a lot about candlestick trading strategies, but this is the first time I've come across the engulfing bar. There is a step-by-step list that really breaks down how to use this strategy for you. That made it much easier to understand. Good advice at the end about using demos and fake money to master different set-ups before incurring real risks or losses.
After reading this book, I now know what a engulfing bar setup is, how to identify a engulfing bar setup, the two types of setups and how to trade with them. It also gave me a step by step strategy, and quite a few charts to peruse. All in all I think it was worth the price.
I learned so much in such a few pages! Knowing now how the engulfing bar setup works will make following trends so much easier. I didnt realize the 2 different ways of setting it up and this guide was an excellent teacher for that. I read through it all quickly and it was very easy to understand with great examples.
