The Book good , but if you want to keep try an earlier version, no difference.Very well edited, rented from as it pretty expensive to buy, Ms Nelms -the author- has gotten into the BAD "business" of doing constant expensive repeted re- editions witch have NO real difference in between , and takes our monies $$ , that way, of us Students on a tight budget. Again, The Book good , but if you want to keep try an earlier version, no difference.
This textbook has so much potential because the material it covers is relevant and significant, however, the majority of its content is extraneous information in place of much room for more details on the material that needs further explanation.
Not completely relevant but it gives a good background. Definitely keeping as I head off to my dietetic internship and career as an RD.
