I found The Concierge Manual to be concise and loaded with information that other 'concierge manuals' only refer to in vague and superficial terms. This books explains potential pitfalls and obstacles in the concierge business - and how to overcome them. What I liked most about The Concierge Manual is that it breaks down in detail, how to price your services. Nobody else will tell you that!
I absolutely love this book for various reasons, I am in the process of opening my own concierge business & this book helped answer any question I could have possibly had from the legalities of the business, my business plan, my target market. you name it, very easy to read & comprehend you can keep referring back to this book if you need help, once you get this book no need to read anything else on the concierge business
