It is Ok for IM practice but limited .I expected this book to be bigger and easier to read .I would not recommend this format which is a concise and limited version of the traditional Harrison's.It is not worth the price specially with its diminutive size .I believe you are much better off spending your money on the 2 volumen set .After many years in practice I do not find this volumen to be very helpful and expected better from such prestigious name.I will keep it because of portability due to its size as quick resource for some details.
This is a great textbook and is a legend in the medical community. I have the two volume hardbound text and wanted this manual version for on the go reading. You can't go wrong with this classic textbook. You will have Harrison's with you where ever you go.
Small and portable, more concise version of the giant Harrison's. Took it on my internal medicine rotation, was a good reference to read up on cases I had quickly.
