The description doesn't seem to match the Personal Training Business title here on . That was a red flag for a book about business building and start up. This is a very introductory and informative overview of personal training but written at a lower level. Might be very appropriate for junior high and high school level students wondering about career choices. Other than the external confusion here on and in description the "guts" of the content provide good entry level information if you're unfamiliar with the fitness industry.
