This book will surely go a long way in helping people who will undergo a very important job interview. I find this book written well, with a clear purpose at hand--to help anyone ace an interview and land in the job he is dreaming of. The 12 steps given here are realistic and must be understood and followed be thru so that success will be achieved. What is worth mentioning is that this book has also given some points to consider when making a resume. And of course, the cream of the top, the usual but tough questions that an interviewee must comprehend--and how to answer them too. This book is quite a possession, if you will ask me.

It's like a cookbook with easy recipes for success. Not a mystery, not a novel, just really important steps to take to land that job you really really want. I feel like I know what the interviewer is going to ask and how they will approach me, so I can apply for jobs knowing that I have the upper-hand!! Overall a great book and a very good reference for everybody. I would highly recommend it .
I find this book on Interview very comprehensive and profound in giving some tried and tested tips on how to ace job interviews. It will give you relevantly good tips on how to cope up with an exhausting interview-that is to be confident and know how to sell yourself. This book shows you how to focus on the factors of the job, rather than answering questions "correctly". There are no right or wrong answers, just better and worse answers. Having high hopes that I am ready for my future interview after getting tips from this book.
I am having a hard time finding a job nowadays, I really do not know if it is with the competition or is my skills already out of date. And after reading this book, I realized a lot of things. First, my resume does not highlight the skills that I am great at, and this book showed it to me. Second, the 12 steps are really on point and must be followed not only on the beginning of looking for an interview but with the anticipation to ace the interview and get the job. I love the tips and guides and I learned a lot.
