Wounderful book with full contents on line. Easily readable, made me aware of many secrets that I did not know about. A must have for respirologists.
This book is everything that is claims to be. Very informative and quick to the point. I will be keeping this in my locker at the hospital.
Looked like a pirated book, photocopied pages and terrible alignment, totally wasted my money on this one
