Really helped and it was very interesting. Is showed how dancers have to do everyday and what they need to do. I love that is showed a specific shoes brand that was good. I recommend this book to dancers and also any one because it also if you are not a dancer. I love the author
If you are in ballet, you already can imagine hard work and benefits of getting on pointes. I wish it would be more specific how to measure foot, how to choose pointes.
Would have liked more information on ribbon and elastic placement. Overall it was good information and it was easy to understand.
