Very simple and comprehensive guide to the most common (and slightly less common) ultrasound guided MSK injections. Would have been a five star review if they could have online streaming content or associated DVD with step-by-step instructions for some of the more common injections, such hip, knee, shoulder, ankle and CMCP.
I particularly like Pearls and Pittfalls. These make me mentally prepared before I start a proceedure. Excellent preparation for interventions.
