If there's one thing Kaya Bromley does very well, it's take a complicated subject and make it understandable. I've read many commentaries and ebooks about the ACA, and her book is among the best. She presents a clear picture of what employers need to do to comply with the new laws. Highly recommended!

I loved the breakdown of the requirements albeit I am not a business owner, but it sufficiently filled my curiosity and quickly offered a down and dirty education. I especially enjoyed the monikers given to the small business examples, and I was shocked by the penalties section and how they could really derail an operation if it does not abide by the lengthy requirements set forth.
