This book is lacking in so many ways. Underwhelmed by the content. Would be better as an iOS app, not as a book
Quite useful! Used it last week in SF.
I used this book on a trip to San Fransisco. It was well thought out and I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting into before I showed up to shoot.
This was the very first Kindle Book that I have ever purchased. I'm a MAC user. After downloading the Kindle app for MAC, this was one of simplest things I have ever done! The book is EXCELLENT. Since I can take it with me on my iPhone too, I have a built-in photography guide to the Golden Gate Bridge and the surrounding area. Rob Dweck has made my life much easier when I return to San Francisco.
I live on the east coast, but get to San Jose on business 3 or 4 times a year. I always fly into SFO on Saturday in order to get Saturday night, and Sunday AM to shoot the bridge and other SFO spots, but I was getting the same shots from the same places every time. This book has plenty of new places for me, coupled with advice on when to go, how to get there and even the GPS coordinates of the location. One day I hope to get one of those shots with the uprights poking through the fog. This book gave me several new vantage points to use.Highly recommended for both locals and out of town visitors.
