This is a good review text but I find myself having to look at other texts to answer clinical questions at times. The surgical procedures, as mentioned in another review, are just not detailed enough so unless you already know what you are doing then this wont help much.
This is a great resource for a quick "brush-up" read on various topics- the chapters are all very concise with just enough info to make them useful without too much detail- not a very portable book though!
Just bought it , as future resident in OMSI'm disappointed. surgical procedures are not described precisely , it's more a "information sheet"And there is no surgical anatomy of the zones to treaat. Which goes with precedent criticIs not worth for a surgeon
