Andreasen's book is well written, with good pictures.Things are well explained.So why 3.5 stars?This information is found elsewhere in more comprehensive texts: McDonald's book, the Handbook of Pediatric Dentistry (highly recommended, but a bit dense), and Odell's excellent clinical problem solving in dentistry (very highly recommended).As it is, it's a good book--however, this feels more like a (very well written) chapter in a textbook rather than a complete manual.
