I purchased this text because at my podiatry school's library, the copy is in full color. The version from the library is also a second edition so I'm not sure why there is a difference. I am dissatisfied with the book, but unsure if I can return it, now that I see the listing says its in black and white.The book does contain a number of great clinical scenarios but obviously a great deal of understanding is lost when attempting to evaluate a dermatological condition in black and white instead of color.
I choose the book by its cover photo and cost and was dissappointed that it was totally black and white and not many pictures. Not what I was looking for. Sorry
