This is a great book. It can be a bit wordy or overwhelming at times but that's really due to the vast amount of material to be learned, and is not specific to this book. It explains the material thoroughly and clearly. I bought it for a specific class but I've kept it well beyond that class because it's a great resource to be able to go back and "refresh" your knowledge.

The author posted that the book was in acceptable condition. However, it came with every single page of the first 7 chapters falling out. This is definitely not acceptable condition especially for paying over $100 for the book.

If you want to know what a professional program should look like on paper (especially for presenting to administration) - this is the resource you need.

The book had arrived within the expected time frame in PERFECT condition! The price of the book was difficult to beat (39 cents). I'll be looking to purchase from this seller again!

Book is an excellent resource to both students and professionals. It is written in a clear and concise manner. Would recommend to any student or professional.
