I've spent too many years and too much money looking into and purchasing Real Estate investing books and courses. There are plenty of real estate investing books which will cover wholesaling, fixing up or rehabbing and flipping houses, renting and tenants, and dealing with banks and other financing. Then I found Marko Rubel's book "How To Invest In Real Estate Without Banks". Just the title alone should peak any investor's interest. I like that the book starts with Marco's story, his beginnings coming to the United States looking for better opportunity, his experiences working for companies, and how he became involved in real estate investing. From here the book becomes a step by step outline on How To Invest In Real Estate Without Banks describing the fundamental principle of building wealth in real estate, why most investors struggle, the consequential facts many investors ignore and the reason why most remain broke. The next chapters detail the wealth building components of real estate, pros and cons of ways of acquiring and owning real estate, the Unlimited Funding Mechanism, what it is, how it works, why it works, why isn't everyone doing this, acquiring ownership using Unlimited Funding, and answers the many myths and questions regarding acquiring real estate "subject to" and how it can benefit sellers.
