This book is an excellent for both beginning and advanced real estate investors in single family homes. The buy and hold methods in the book are just the best. In my 40 plus years of real estate investing, I am honored to have read several of John's books and attended several of his fine seminars. I highly recommend his latest book.

I've read tons of RE books and this is the best book I've read about the specific topic of buying/renting single family homes. It is very dense with useful info, but reads quickly and easily. I actually had to go back and read a second time to make sure I didn't gloss over a good nugget because it was so full of good info.

Schaub effectively communicates his wealth of experience on several areas of real estate investment. The best of the many I have read.
