This is a very good item to have in our massage shop. Very easy to read, yet detailed. If you need a fast answer, you can go directly to the information you need, and if you want all of the detail, it is very well explained.
This book turned out to be a pleasant surprise, very good.I learned pathology in two different focused programs bothin physical therapist assistant and massage therapy that didn't use oroffer this book and that is too bad; it is highly accessible,readable, good photos and lot's of them and fairly accurate.It is a great ready resource and interesting to read on it's own andbetter than just relying on the internet or being overwhelmed or boredwith a dry or nonuser friendly text book.It opens doors of interest to look further into the areas that oneis most interested in and curious about.If you are working or interested in the realm of healthcare it canaid you in becoming a more aware, informed and insightful practitioner.

Great book and reference guide that I use in my practice. I also recommend purchasing an app called Pathology for Massage Therapists via iTunes. Its a pretty basic app that provides a short description of medical conditions and contraindications often associated with each condition. Its a great addition for therapists on the go! This is the most well written, comprehensive books on pathology I have ever seen. I highly recommend this book to all educators in the bodywork industry.
