While the book packs a vast amount of information, it is very well written and has a very approachable use oflanguage. I would definitely recommend this book to someone interested on nutrition.
But you probably need it for a class and don't have a choice. It's redundant and has many grammatical errors.
No photos, graphs, or images. All dense text that is hard to skim for answers. Way too expensive.
All is good except the price....
