As a few early teachers have, this author and teacher modified some initial Reiki information to copyright under "Reiki Plus" however much of the information is clearly thought out, spiritually based, and practically sound. Though I have practiced and taught Reiki for many years, I found the information helpful to me and will share this as a resource to my own students.
I bought this because one of my students brought it to my attention. Some of the information is outdated and I found Jarrell's philosophies did not match with mine - a little too almost religious and in the Reiki world, we stress very highly that Reiki is not tied to any specific religion. So unless you are a student of this particular modality of Reiki I wouldn't recommend his books. I found nothing useful here that I didn't already know. I am an Usui & Karuna Reiki Master Teacher.
Great book. Very informative and the format makes it easy to read and comprehend . Would definitely recommend this book.
