It's a good book, but we (the Phlebotomy class) have found some of the test question have the wrong answer. Also one or two procedures are not quite correct. But the school wanted $80.00 for the book.
I took the test on Wednesday and I past it with a 445 score .this book is great .i would recommend this for any one taking the Plebotomy certification good luck

Test and answers in back do not always reflect what's in the chapters
