I was very disappointed with this book from the moment I turned the first page. I had hoped that the 2nd addition would have corrected all the problems within the 1st addition. Photos are only for General Surgery Set up and OB/GYN and they are in B & W. For the cost of this "reference guide" I had hoped for color photos for ALL set ups. Read the reviews for the 1st addition....this book is exactly the same. Received it today....sending it back tomorrow!!
great book but it really needs more detailed images
Actually hoping for more pictures. Location of instruments, how many for each procedures, etc. Not really what I expected and disappointed . Too bad.
