If you're looking to buy this, then you're probably getting it for a class.From what I've read so far, It tries to keep the topics simple and straightforward. However i found that I do not really need the book & it's been relegated to simply support my class notes.It's a good book, however If you think you can do without it for you class, it's very possible.
I was assigned this book during my internship. It is helpful and insightful to understanding the business perspective of a laboratory. It has helped to make me more aware of costs and in turn has helped to reduce the amount of personal utilization in the lab.
Had to use this for one of my classes, and it was no easy task trying to read through it all. It's very...dry, to say the least.
Great resource for anyone in a Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science Program! I would highly recommend this book!
