Book is very readable w unique margin notes, which emphasize the salient points. Great figures and tables.

Love this book easy to understand. Great overall textbook.

Excellent text for first year medical students.

I give this 3 stars because I don't really know. My professor said that we would need to use this textbook a lot in the class for homework assignments so I bought it. But it turns out that I opened the book 1 time for 1 homework assignment. The book wasn't useful for the rest of the class. So really, I don't know much about this book. What I did read was useful but I read one chapter of the book. One thing I did really like about this book was that it was pretty cheap to buy new. Most new science textbooks are well over $100 but this one runs about $60-70 which is a steal. So kudos to the publishing company for not gouging poor college students.

The ebook doesn't have page numbers, so completing an assignment like "read pages 19-23" is virtually impossible. That impracticality is very disappointing in a textbook.

Great quality, on time
