First book on the Sony RX10M3, which I bought, and was slightly overwhelmed by all the features. This book takes me through all features and refers between different features to better understand how best to use the camera. I bought the Kindle version to carry with me on my iPad for reference.

I appreciate Mr. White's work so much I am rewriting this review as the first one seems to have disappeared.I bought his guide to the Lumix LX5, then to the Sony Rx10M1, and got this one in both digital and paper version as soon as it came out.In my opinion, if I had not gone through his guide multiple times (it is a complex piece of equipment), I would probably be using only about one-half of the capabilities of this camera.I just came back from my first trip with this camera, and plan to go through his book again, because I am sure that I will pick up more of the subtleties that he points out.

The well know weakness of the otherwise excellent Sony RX10 III is the somewhat confusion and illogical user interface and a manual that is poorly organized for the new user. As he has done for a number of the new mirrowerless cameras has provided an exelent alternative for both new users of this camera and even those who have experience with other Sony model cameras. If you're serious in exploiting all that this excellent camera has to offer, you need this book.

A meticulously written guide to this very complicated camera. Sony does not provide much of a User Guide and I was on the point of returning the camera. Instead I bought this book and over the course a few days, I have found out almost everything I needed to know. I will return to the book again and again. I might even purchase it in book form to go along with the Kindle.

I am so grateful to the author for writing this book. It gives detailed tips on how to use this awesome camera.

A must have with this camera as the manual that comes with it basically tells you how to put the battery in. The book is well written and full of good information.
