I am taking a master's level nursing research class and this brief workbook offers short assignments that help nurses refresh their grasp of statistics used in nursing studies. It is concise and gives good practice questions that are helpful in understanding the concepts applied.

This workbook is great in reinforcing the Nursing Statistics. The study questions were really helpful. The workbook helped clarify any gray areas or misunderstandings that were not offered in the book. I really used this book throughout the semester because the exercises from the book were used as graded homework. I recommended getting the workbook as well as the textbook. It is really helpful

This was the required text book for our class and it turned out to be not useful. We did not use this book at all because the combination of skills within one exercise were not the combination best to learn.

Good book to help with statistics course, simple explanations of problems for the most part. The graded questions are pretty different from the practice questions though. They require a lot more applications, and I'm not sure that the practice questions helped me to do the graded questions.

I bought the book in the beginning of my course, but only now do I get to use it fully. an excellent book. The exercises are short, to the point and helps in my understanding of the concepts.

I really liked that it had sample problems with answers in addition to the problems that were to be graded. This gave me something to look back on when I had trouble with a problem.

This text was required for my statistics course. The author provides sufficient definitions and excellent application-type exercises. However, the content in the book is minimal. Luckily, my professor provided supplemental content.

There are three chapters missing and three chapters are put in the book twice. By the time I got to this portion of the book my class was almost over and didn't have time to order another one.
