If you have a medical background this book give you much more about treatment of renal failure and dialysis methods.Are you a health care professional working with end stage renal disease patients? This is a great reference that will give you the medical discussions about your patients.
Book is extremely detailed, language is geared to healthcare personnel, not for the patient. Would not recommend as "light" reading. If you want to understand how dialysis works, this book is it.
This book is excellent for review for an experienced dialysis person. It's also a great teaching tool for new staff.
This is a must have for anyone in the renal field. The book is very complete and easy to read. It covers all the dialysis modalities and then some. I am really happy I purchased this book and I would recommend it, if your new to dialysis or have been around for a while.
Has all the information you need, on hemo and petioneal dialysis. Termonology is more for professionals great book would recomend.
The book is thorough and informative beyond adequacy...however I got off track with other matters and have much more to read.....but what Ive read is very detailed and informative for the dialysis or other registered nurses.

This is the best handbook of dialysis. This is equally true for the forth edition as for the first edition. You don't need to look for another concise book. No one sentence or word is redundant, every information is up-to-date. No doubt you can find there every practical information you are looking for.
