This book is a good introduction to musculoskeletal imaging and I strongly recommend this book. And you should read this book from cover to cover.Also if you are an well-trained radiologist, you find a lot to learn in this book.Unfortunately this book has changed little from the previous edition, especally the fiist 8 chapters. If you have the previous one, maybe you can do without buying this one.
Easy and fast to read packed with practical points and jokes here and there . The Images are awesome .Chapters of bone lesions are the best . Arthritis comes next.MRI chapters were too much short and summarized but it's good for starter and juniors .
I was looking for a basic reference book aimed at primary care doctors reviewing x-rays. I switched from a traditional family care practice to a workman's comp clinic where we assess acute on the job injuries. I needed a reference on x-rays since we do a lot of inhouse x-rays on injuries. This book doesn't quite meet my needs in that regard. I cannot comment if it would suit others for their personal situations and needs.
